SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS - 3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1: Call (403) 407 - 0800 or EMAIL our office:

• with a request for an appointment and a suggested time and date;

• enclosing the Loan / Credit Document or Lease being secured by the Guarantor through the Personal Guarantee; and

• the Personal Guarantee to be signed.

STEP 2: Receive confirmation of an appointment time from our office. Same day, next day, holidays, weekend and evening appointment are available.

STEP 3: Attend our office (located at 600 6th Avenue SW, Suite 1010, Calgary, Alberta) at the agreed time with:

• the Loan / Credit Document or lease being secured by the Personal Guarantee.  Please note that we can not sign a Personal Guarantee and issue the required Certificate without examining and advising on the Loan / Credit document or lease (as applicable);

• the Personal Guarantee to be signed; and

• two pieces of unexpired Canadian / Provincial issued identification with at least one being photo identification. A Driver's License, Canadian Passport, Alberta Identification Card, Firearms Acquisition / Possession Card, Alberta Health Care Card are acceptable.
